The Instituto de Salud Osteoarticular ARI was born as a cabinet of medical professionals, accredited and approved by the Autonomous Community of Madrid, aimed at diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases.
In ARI it is studied and proposed solutions to any problem related to bones, muscles and joints. Our philosophy advocates a close and human medicine guided by criteria for maximum efficiency in the management and resolution of the medical problems.
For this reason, since its inception, ARI is surrounded by a physician and administrative team who shares a common goal: the comprehensive treatment of the patient.
ARI has worked with the best hospitals and medical centers in Madrid for the creation and implementation of numerous services and rheumatology units.
At the front of everything…
The medical director and founder of this project is Dr. Jose De La Mata.
Born in Madrid in 1964, Dr. De La Mata graduated in Medicine at the Autonomous University of Madrid, “cum laude” received a doctorate at the University of Alcalá de Henares and performed his specialty of rheumatology at the Hospital “12 de Octubre” Madrid.
He completed his academic training with a postdoctoral residency in the USA (UTHSCSA. San Antonio, Texas) guided by Dr. Gregory Mundy, one of the world’s top specialists on the field of bone metabolism.
He has authored several publications in leading scientific journals and is currently dedicated to improve the quality of life for their patients.
